In June of 2017, Jason M. Spivey was appointed President of Power Corporation of America (PCA). Mr. Spivey has been involved in the electrical construction industry for over 30 years. Mr. Spivey started his electrical career as an Apprentice with Orlando Utilities Commission (OUC) and advanced to the positions of Troubleman, Transmission Lineman, as a Certified Journeyman and Transmission Foreman. In 2010, Mr. Spivey was promoted to Transmission Line Supervisor at OUC, a position he held for 5 years. In 2015, Mr. Spivey joined Southeast Power Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of PCA, as a Project Manager for the Florida Regional Office. Mr. Spivey was promoted to Assistant Vice President of the Florida Region. Additionally, Mr. Spivey holds electrical licenses in 15 states.
Vice President - Safety CSP, ASP, CUSP
Mr. Dan Gadacz was promoted to Vice President - Safety of Power Corporation of America in July of 2018. Prior to his promotion, he held the position of Corporate Safety Director since July of 2016. Mr. Gadacz began his career at Trans Tech Electric / Quanta Services. There Dan worked and supervised crews with installation of underground power, fiber, lighting, and highway digital message board signs. In 1999, Dan was promoted to Safety Director of which he saw oversight of a seven-state territory. In 2011, he took the position of Safety Director at Beyel Brothers Crane and Rigging and in 2012, he took the position of Safety Director at Gerelco Family of Companies. In 2013, Dan was hired as Safety Manager at Southeast Power Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of Power Corporation of America. Mr. Gadacz's other accomplishments include receiving his Bachelor of Science degree from Indiana University in 1998 and obtaining his C.U.S.P accreditation in 2014, his A.S.P in 2019 and C.S.P accreditation in 2020.
Corporate Safety Director, CSP, ASP, CUSP
Mr. Kyle Frazier was promoted to Corporate Safety Director of Power Corporation of America in August 2018. Prior to his promotion, he held the position of Safety Manager for Southeast Power Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of PCA. Kyle started his career in 2010 at Dillard Smith Construction Company working on a line construction crew. In 2012 he took the position of Assistant Project Manager with PAR Electrical Contractors. Kyle accepted the position of Project Manager for Southeast Power Corporation in 2013, where he worked in Southeast Power’s Western Division. In 2014 Kyle took the position of Safety Coordinator for Southeast Power Corporation’s Mid Atlantic Division, before being promoted to Safety Manager of the Northern Division. Mr. Frazier’s other accomplishments include receiving his Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from Troy University in 2010 and obtaining his C.U.S.P accreditation in 2016, his A.S.P and C.S.P in 2019.
Fleet Manager, Logistics, and D.O.T. Compliance Manager
Mike Fisher was promoted to Fleet Manager for Power Corporation of America in 2016. He is responsible for all aspects of fleet management for the group of companies. Mr. Fisher has close to 30 years of experience with heavy equipment. Mr. Fisher started his career at Southeast Power Corporation in 1989 as a Lube Man. Mr. Fisher was promoted to a Field Mechanic in 1991. In 1995, Mr. Fisher was promoted to Shop Supervisor. Mr. Fisher is a U.S. Military Veteran; he served in the U.S. Army from 1978 to 1983 as a PFC, Combat Engineer in the 24th Infantry at Fort Stewart, GA.
Director of Fleet Maintenance
Mr. Dennis Rondeau was promoted to Director of Fleet Maintenance for Power Corporation of America in 2020. Dennis plays a vital role in overseeing all Company vehicles and equipment. He works alongside the Company’s subsidiaries to ensure all maintenance and repairs are done on time and to confirm the quality, compliance, safety, and operational efficiency of the work. Mr. Rondeau started with one of PCA’s subsidiaries, Southeast Power Corporation, in 2013 as a Shop Technician. In 2015, Mr. Rondeau was promoted to Shop Foreman followed by an additional promotion in 2016 as the Shop Supervisor. Mr. Rondeau has a total of 34 years’ experience in the automotive and heavy equipment maintenance and repair industry. His formal education was completed from 1984 to 1987 where he attended an after school automotive program at a Regional Vocational Technical School concentrating in all aspects of automotive repair. In addition to his program attendance, Mr. Rondeau holds several certifications for light and heavy-duty truck and trailer repair, air brake endorsement, automotive air conditioning and DOT Inspections.
The People and Culture Coordinator
Ms. Cunningham started her career at Power Corporation of America in 2014 as an Executive Administrative Assistant. She was then promoted to HR specialist in 2015 before taking on the role of The People and Culture Coordinator.
Jennifer is responsible for the efficient and effective coordination of recruitment and onboarding, employee relations and HR management within the group of companies. Her expertise includes compliance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, as well as operating as the liaison between our electrical construction subsidiaries and insurance companies involving insurance related claims handling.
Ms. Cunningham received her B.A. in Interpersonal Communications & Marketing degree from St. Ambrose University. In 2019, she obtained her Professional in Human Resources (PHR) Certificate from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI).”
